Im looking for a way to dye my hair close to a Haley Williams red without bleaching it before hand as my hair is quite thin and i don't want to damage it.
I found a youtube clip where this girl dyed her hair with

.. its the sort of colour im aiming for.
At the moment my hair is a dark brown wine red colour from a previous box dye. My hair is natural a darkish brown.
I was wondering if anyone knows much about the difference between 20vol and 40vol developers when dying my hair red, and if will cause any damage to my hair
