I thought I'd make this thread to (hopefully) benefit all of us film enthusiasts. You know, to recommend/warn against internet companies selling our fave films so we can make the most informed choices.

My top internet shop is www.play.com, as I presume it is for many.

Ok, has anyone shopped at dvdplus before? They just have a dvd i really want but I havent heard of them before and I would like an endorsement or two from people who have used them!

Another price comparison site is http://www.happyhunter.com/ and gives prices for all regions.
Another site I would recommend is www.cdwow.com if you want a pound off your first order e mail me, they have a recommend a friend promotion on at the moment.
For region 1 www.dvRABoon.com is really good, but can be a little slow for delivery. It is a canadian site but good value. There are more but I will leave it at that for now.

Ive always used play or amazon whichevers cheapest(normally play) ive used cd-wow once or twice and they were pretty good! ive never used any of the others i guess you wont know what theyre like until you try them.

On Friday at 7pm ish I bought a DVD through Amazon a company called moviesbuymail, how they did it I dont know but Saturday morning it was on my Mat. The DVD was Toolbox Murders (the new one not the 70's one), new and sealed and all it cost me was

Hi, I 've just checked the site you asked about. I've never used it before and it has never come up in the 'happyhunter' search. How did you hear about it. I suppose it looks fine, the only thing I find strange is that it says if an item is in stock it will take 4-5 days from order to delivery.
Looking at the homepage the prices are no cheaper than play.com, maybe a touch more !

choices direct are great, I've ordered all five boxsets of The West Wing from there, I received them all on day of release via ParcelForce at no extra cost
