dutch baby recipe with NO cast iron?

Does anyone have an easy recipe for dutch baby (german) pancakes...the kind that get fluffy and puffy...that DOES NOT use a cast iron skillet? My mil used to make some that she made in pyrex pie plates and either made completely or started in the microwave...she has passed and we have no idea where her recipes ended up! any help or suggestion on how to make these without cast iron and as simply as possible would be appreciated! TIA
