looking for different things on lyrics? I believe the people that said Biggie is the better rapper between the two were thinking about lyrics.
When people think of 2Pac as the better rapper they're thinking about street persona and taking that in consideration.
2Pac's lyrics I think he put thought into them, but he wasn't trying to entertain fans with wordplay like Biggie Smalls was...the only difference in my opinion. Unfortunately, for some of us that's what we value in a rapper is lyrical skills and how they bring the wordplay and make you think about the punchlines.
