I have 7,8, and 9 hour field hockey camps coming up the next few weeks and I was wondering how I can keep up my energy and not feel tired. I don't eat breakfast, lunch, and throw up dinner, so it's hard to get energized. I eat very small calorie snacks when I need to though. I drink about a gallon of water a day, or a little less. Is there anything I can do to keep up energy, these are extremely important days for field hockey and I can't be tired. Also, will I lose alot of wieght during this.
