Dumped treo for xv6700 need help

I did a search and the info I found was a year old.

Anyone know how to get email to work on the xv6700 on cricket. I got the mms to work but I can't get email. Says connection settings need to be changed.

I have cox west pop3 webmail. Is there a way to fix this or is there a workaround?
 
Your in the Wrong Section, also as of right now Cricket Blocks all ports that has to do with E-Mail for now on cell phones anyway (yes even PDA's)
