Which exercise is better for adding mass?
Which is better for developing tone?
How are the 2 exercises similar/different?
Been working out for a while, but these 2 are a little confusing (as far as which is better, if either is)... I do Dumbbell Flyes, as I know how much i can do and they don't require a machine.
