DUMBASS gas company

OMFG...
I've never been this pissed off.
I was gone the month of December. Had my mail on hold at the post office. Came back on the 1st, got my mail on the 3rd. Well, for some reason, they never started delivering it again. So I finally got some time today to go to the post office, and pick up all my bills.

My gas company is trying to charge me $308.18 for the month of December.

FUCK!?!?!?!
I WASN'T EVEN HERE!!!!!!! I had my furnace set to 50 so that the water pipes wouldn't freeze or anything like that. But that's IT.
I called the gas company, and for some reason they said they'd bring it down to $178.10.
That's still WAY too damn much. I didn't have time to argue, so I just said "Fuck you too" and hung up. Tomorrow though, I have all the time I need to call them and give them the bitching of the century. If they think they can pull this bullshit, they've got another thing coming.

OH, and get this!!! THEY DON'T EVEN READ THE METER!!! THEY GO BY AN ESTIMATE!!!!! THEY ONLY READ THE METER ONCE EVERY OTHER MONTH OR SOME STUPID SHIT LIKE THAT!!!!! WTF?!?!??!?!?!!?!?

HOW IN THE HELL CAN YOU KNOW HOW MUCH GAS I USED BY SOME FUCKING ESTIMATE!!!??? SORRY, BUT MY LIFE ISN'T SO FUCKING SET THAT YOU CAN JUST MAKE ARBITRARY DECISIONS ABOUT HOW MUCH GAS YOU THOUGHT I USED, AND THEN BILL ME FOR IT WHEN IN FACT I DIDN'T USE ANYWHERE NEAR THAT MUCH!!!!

I hope someone there gets raped to death by a fucking clydesdale stallion for this BULLSHIT :mad:
 
They're the only gas company that services this area. It's either them or freeze to death...
Or get several space heaters and boil water for hot water, which may be what I end up doing if this shit continues.
 
Solution:

Just buy a bunch of Bush's Baked Beans, eat about 10 cans a day, and contruct a special suit to enable you to smell/store your own farts.

Hook it up to the bioler, and you are good to go! The stench of your house will be an AWESOME conversation piece.

hmm..this was a decent work order till someone started talking about farts and such.....
i say you call them again..and just explain that shit.....they cant possibly charge you for something/service you didnt use...
 
Yeh, well i once kept getting bills from a certain shit-ass electricity company (energex) for $0.00, no shit.

I sent them a cheque, for $0.00, and then they stopped.
