Dukes of Hazzard given the snip

According to the BBFC website, The Dukes of Hazzard has been granted a 12A certificate with 12 seconRAB cut for scenes of illegal drug use.

But this has been the decision of Warner Brothers because of the BBFC policy and guidelines. Although the BBFC have granted an uncut classification it looks like Warner's have decided on the 12A cut version.

Money making uncut DVD version scam coming along me thinks :rolleyes:
 
hmm its obviously going to happen i agree. it seems to me they take away the full efect of films nowadays at cinemas so they can release a special uncut version on dvd a couple of months later. i dont know about anyone lese but i find this seriously annoying. granted it may only be like a 2 mins of film, but that 2 mins can affect the film i think. one thing that i hope to god they dont do is cut any scenes of jessica simpson as the very little clothing she wears in this is just beyond anything the film is capable of.
