The Vyper is clearly aimed at the V-rod Destroyer and V-max. I can see it as a god for light to light street drags but I don't think it will work very well as a cruiser. That rear tire pretty much sums that up.

The fact that there's two identical ones in that pic makes me think this concept is pretty serious.
