I have never compared the F4 and a Ducati with the SV650....I have those bikes and than some....Nothing compares to a Duc...especially to a Desmosedici

thanks for the timely replies...
MORGAN - your comments are hilarious...(climbing the rope in gym)

HOLY STINKIN' CRAP ALFREDOB you have a $72 THOUSAND dollar bike!!!!

peace and Merry Christmas to all

Hmmmmmm.....I'm a bit jealous right now. Kinda like the girl I like likes you instead, and now I have to go climb the rope in gym class. Dang!

Well by just looking at your fleet of bikes if you sell two or three of those you may be able to get you a Desmosedici...the only problem is that the entire production got sold out.

I am sure sometime soon you'll find some for sale from people that either gives them up or some that will try to make a buk selling their order

ALFREDOB - where does the SV650 fit ...in your BIKES TODAY or EX Bikes?...also where do you live in NC (oh! and when you DO get that duc, let me know also what type of security system you have, how to disable it, and when you will away from your home for at least 4 or more hours)...these are just a few questions that i threw together to help you and i get to know one another...lol
peace
obtw - i live way to close to ft bragg...i can constantly hear the sound of freedom (often at 2 am...but it kinda sounds like a 50 cal - weird)

The SV650 belongs to my son along with the Ducati 848 that he ordered; his will be delivered in January...a couple of weeks from now. We only go on the track...eliminated the streets for good.

I know your just being nice, but I'll go ahead and say it....I'd have to sell 4 of my bikes to reach the rare air of the Desmo. Although I'm sure that the Desmo is worth 4 of my bikes, I'd have to sell 4 of my bikes....and even with the prospect of a Desmo, that would make me too sad. I think I'll keep the fleet (which is a gas to look at and even more fun to ride) and maybe set my sites on the R....180hp, traction control, and carboned up. Plus, I do need one more Duc in the Italian Superbike collection to balance out those Aprilias
