Ducati MS

A-Haa...

The reason my post was removed..

The thread was moved to the classifieds were as then the O/P put a price on his bike per forum rules..

Me... Not having 25 posts, my post was automatically deleted.. As per forum rules you can not post in classifieds with less than 25 post's to your credit..

At this rate... Take me about 5yrs before I can buy something from a seller or sell my stuff there..

I wonder who their hurting with that rule..

since we're talking about the classifieds rule, I do want to say I somewhat agree with it.
I've thought of implementing a similar rule on a small forum I run (it'd be more like 5 or 10 posts).

As a forum admin, especially because mine is a local riders forum, I feel responsible for what goes on and rules like that keep scammers out of forums and therefore keep my members from having their hard earned money taken from them. Similar to having a captcha and account activation by e-mail, it is a bit of an inconvenience but it keeps people from getting screwed over.

I also view a classified section as a benefit for the users so it can be annoying to see someone join the board, never add anything to the content of the site, but take advantage of the deals that are intended for people that contribute.

Plus, they don't have that much of a sense of humor, well a few do, alexio for one. I couldn't even get warmed up to deliver this kind of performance.

Although I did get a lot of mileage outta that JBlaze thing on ZX10-R.net

I don't meet the age requirement for ducati.ms, they are the older and tend to know it all crowd... VERY good information there, but be careful to chime your .02 because they are worse then the Aussies at times... :-)
