I guess it's really nothing special, just the Matte Black looks really good and the rumour is that it's going to be cheaper. Kind of a win-win in my book. I think it'll make a nice blank template to add carbon fiber tid-bits and suspension upgrades (how sharp would that look with Ohlins) to contrast the matte black.

Congrats! all the dealers i've tried tell me there all gone. had a 1098 base for 17500 OTD but i need the Ohlins, so no deal. i've looked all over ontario. i'll check them out...wonder what it would cost to get one shipped over from BC
