Ducati happy with Hayden

Yea I read all that the day before, I was posting the rain date results. The Kaw is easier to ride right out of the box, Hayden will get the hang of the Duck in short order.

I have a strange feeling that this may be a tough year for Rossi. I am a big fan of Rossi, and would not mind one bit if he won in '09. I have nothing at all to base this on, just a gut feeling.

tcm and Elton,
I have to task why the continued Hayden bashing? Did anyone say anything about Hayden being the best guy out there? Did anyone say he would out ride so-and-so? No. No one said that. tcm, I know in your case it seems to be your misperception that all Americans are for Americans all the time. Great job generalizing us all. I am excited for anyone other than Melandri to be on the bike. It's embarassing when a factory bike is ridden at the back of the pack race after race. Elton, I think it is just your general tendency to be contrary and annoying. Good job, you are continuing to succeed.

As usual you both continue to stir this pot that is empty. Don't you both ride Ducati? Can't you just be excited about the bikes and have 2 world champions riding them? No you gotta piss on the parade, and go on and on, in any thread, how Pedrosa is gonna kick his ass. WTF? Are you guys just sore about the fact that he comes across as a douche 90% of time?

Just getting sick of the Hayden bashing you create. Go buy a Honda and enjoy posting over on their forums. Personally, I think it's getting a little old. Oh, and I can't wait to see how it goes over at Honda this year....I would think it's safe to say it will be a war of word by mid-season again. If that happens will you admit the problem is Pedrosa? Hmmm????

Let's see, Haydens first day on a new bike with new tires and he's 12th on the time sheet. As I recall Pedrosa sucked when he switched to Bridgie's also and he only had a new engine to deal with, not a whole new bike. Let's keep things in perspective. And before someone rejects this line of thought by calling me a Hayden fan, you're right. I am. I'm also a fan of Rossi, Stoner, Edwards, Capirossi, Toni Elias, Joey Dunlop, Mike Hailwood (I better since I ride a Duc), Agostini, Guy Martin (when I can understand what he's saying), Kevin Schwantz, Freddie Spencer, Doug Chandler. This list could go on ad infinitum but the point is there's nothing wrong with being a "Hayden fan".

Wow, didn't expect this kind of reaction. I like Stoner too, certainly can't bash his riding. I personally look forward to Stoner and Hayden going after the 1 and 2 spots like Mladin and Spies in AMA. Say what you want about Hayden, but I think Honda did treat him poorly.

How about someone that is so obsessed with sledging Pedrosa, they have a permanent whinge about him at the bottom of every post they make. I did not even mention Pedrosa, or our past disagreements, and you bought him up again. Who is stirring what pot? How about you give it a rest.

You have equal and opposite views, so what? You sledge Pedrosa obsessively, I do the same for Hayden. This is a forum, and we are all entitled to express opinions.

this is a heavily U.S biased forum. I know it is unpopular to not think that Hayden can walk on water. I think he is way over rated. I am australian and I have seen endless statements that he is going to go so well on the Ducati, all well before he even rode the thing. Some even said he was going to kick Stoners arse, which is a big call. Hayden is generally behind Rossi, Stoner and Pedrosa. he is good, but not that good. remember that Hayden also got the plum-ride in MotoGP when he arrived. he has been around a while.

Someone posted on this thread that Hayden was fastest in the wet, with not much more info. I know it sounded great, but I just added some other info for you guys that put it into perspective. Here is another one:
"Having tested yesterday and having seen the conditions on Tuesday morning the likes of leading premier class stars Casey Stoner (Ducati Marlboro), Dani Pedrosa (Repsol Honda) and Jorge Lorenzo (Fiat Yamaha) decided against riding in the rain, whilst there was no sign whatsoever of title-winner Valentino Rossi (Fiat Yamaha) at the circuit."

The rest of the rant is all you. How about you sell your bike and go buy a harley? Leather saddle bags with tassles would suit you, your whining like a girl.....or is that a picture of you in your posts?

What will you say if pedrosa beats Hayden....again?

This my longest post, so I am very happy with myself!
