Ducati dealers were ranked number 1 in overall in customer prospect satisfaction in the U.S. for 2009.

From what I read, it is a survey of prospective customers, how they are treated and how knowledgeable the sales staff is about their product. It didn't include after sale support, or technical issues, or bike reliability.

My dealer has been great and the bike has had no issues except mandatory recalls. I hope it keeps going this way!
