...was also told the ducati 749? can be hard to manage in stop and go traffic, looking at buying ducati 749 locally, thank you for input
 
If by more work you mean more effort to disengage the clutch, its not horrible. The problem is they like to heat up and start losing efficiency. So stop and go scenarios could be a bit more interesting than with a wet clutch. That being said, ducs are cool in their own right.
