Dual Kicker CVR 12'' Box?

I have a 2 channel amp. that pushes 500wRMS on each channel. The kicker 12'' CVR's max at 400wRMS. I am looking at the kicker brand box and i see that it has one of the red and black external connectors(not sure what you call that) on one side of the box. Is there another on the other side for the other sub? or does each sub run to their own? With my two channel amp i'd need it to have one for each sub.
