DS - My Sims - Fishing!?!?

When a fish bites what am I meant to do to catch it?

if I double click my sims just pulls her rod out and puts it in her pocket!
When it goes underwater I double click and she pulls her rod out and puts it in her pocket.
 
OH, u just move the fishing pole and then when a fish comes in the pole has to sink in underwater then u double click
