I'm new in this site, i'v been searching everywhere to find any thing related with my nephew who has DS, he is now 9 months old, he is suffering from ear liquids in his both ears, his response is very limited, he is very active boy, and joyful too, i wonder if there is anything we can do to him in this regards?! is there any physical training that could help him to be able to sit?

Does anyone know if there is any exercise that could help him sit by his own, the only thing he can do is turn on his stomach and jumping while he is lying on his back some times he can also standing up for 3 seconds. ?
