I'm 26 and don't get ance much anymore maybe a 1 or 2 here and there my problem is how dry my skin get.
I wash my face 2 times a day once in the morning once at night with J&J foaming facial cleanser. And have to use a ton of lotion after every time I wash I use neutrogena oil free loation for sensitive skin. I went for 2 weeks without using face soap at all and my skin was still dry. I can go to the swiming pool and my skin will get dry etc... what is the deal is my skin always going to be dry because when I was not using soap and just water it makes me wonder is there something wrong with my skin??

Yea I'm going to start washing my face with soap at the end of the day, and in the morning no soap and just warm water. I'm going to try the fish oil to, but yeah I could be over washing.

are you drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day?

if not then that may be the reason.

Dear XBOX4EVER,
I completely understand your dry skin issues. I have the same problem myself. Try this for awhile:

Wash your face in the morning (use a face wash for sensative skin) and then use a light face scrub (gently scrub your face with your finger tips, and then rinse with warm water and pat your face dry). There are face washes that contain microbeaRAB that will dry out the skin a bit so look for one made for sensitive skin. After you have washed and scrubed your face use a moisturizer for extra dry skin.

At night try just washing yor face with a warm, wet washcloth and then pat dry and apply moisturizer.

Sometimes the little bit of extra dry skin can come from over washing your face. The skin on your face is very sensitive.

I hope this helped you out some.
Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions on good product or anything that I have explained to you :D!
