The skin on the palms of my hands are dry and flaking - I thought it may be a circulation thing (i'm also a wheelchair user) that's causing the problem but it only happens in the Winter months when it gets dry it gets itchy I also have a similar problem with my left foot around the pinkie-toe that becomes uncomfortable when i take my socks off although that problem I've had for a good few years now and I know its circulation based.
If someone could please advise what creams to use - it would be beneficial to me - thanks a lot
