Dry Eyes?

I have been suffering from Dark Circles under my eyes for quite some time now, and many of the doctors have thought that allergies are the cause. However after being tested for allergies, it was found that I am not really allergic to anything.

Recently one of my doctors suggested I may have Dry Eye Syndrome. For many years my eye's have felt like they are burning, and then become watery and red at random times throughout the day. It seems in certain environments they would be worse. Not only that but my eyes feel tired a lot of the time, which is another symptom of Dry Eye syndrome.

But my main question is, can Dry Eye syndrome cause Dark Circles under the eyes? Does anybody know more about this.
 
I have had dry eyes for quite some time now, but I have never had dark circles under my eyes, sorry, I know that doesn't answer your question. I doubt that the two are related.

I have dry eye syndrome and do not have dark circles around the eyes.

Perhaps you need to keep seeking the answer regarding dark circles round your eyes.

Its interesting you say that, because on google when you search dry eyes it actually gives a suggestion for dry eyes dark circles, so people must have experienced this before if it is a suggested search on google.

If nobody knows the causes of the circles, are there any options to remove them or reduce them? Any options at all, no matter how expensive or risky.
