Jeep Grand Cherokee Vs. 1986 Oldsmobile Delta 88

So here's what happened:
-Eric parked his car on the road outside his house.
-Late at night, some dipshit hits going around 75MPH.
-Said dipshit flees the scene. Then claims that the car was stolen that night...which would explain why his wallet was in there and why the keys were in the ignition.
-No one was in the car.
-Car got pushed waaaay up onto his lawn.
This is actually kind of a good thing. Two weeks ago, a piston broke in his engine (lol, 190,000 miles). He was going to sell the car to Kyle for $100.
Well, he'll sure be getting a lot more than $100 from the insurance company!
