If someone goes in for a drug test in a hospital/ doctor's office, and it comes back positive, but they aren't on probation (meaning it's a random drug test, no law enforcement is forcing them to go), will they be arrested or cited? Will the results be sent to any law enforcement? What if it's a minor?
Also, how long does it take to get marijuana (and any other drug you know) out of your system, so it wouldn't show up on a drug test?
Can you just go into any hospital and ask for a drug test?
