drug test: can eating sprinkles from a joint show in drug test?

hi,
well, earlier today I ate a few fries from a bag that was my sisters from last night. then after, i find out that a joint was sitting in there before. im guessing there mightve been a sprinkle of it on a fry maybe. well i have a drug test in a week to do. do you think itll show up in the test? ive heard something about cranberry juice...how much should i have? has anyone here had the juice and they passed? thank you soo much!
 
If you never smoked before it will not show up in your urine.I doubt it will show up. But if you want to be on the safe side organic cranberry juice works. 100% juice.
