wouldn't start at first but got a jump and started fine but engine won't go above 3 thousand revs the air filter is wet and water got up the exhaust I drove the car home about 10 miles but engine remained the same engine sounds ok but turbo not kicking in i thought problem maybe due to the airfilter being wet and sensor sending the wrong signal to the ecu currently drying this out my car is a volvo s60 d5 2.4 diesel 2003 the reason why i think its the air filter is because i removed the filter at first car did start but wouldn't go above 2000 rpm it would just cut out please help thanks
