Dropping my hands in my swing?

Focuse on brining your hands "up" or "back" when you take that step. It's not that hard. And dropping hands during the step is one of the strangest things I've ever heard of. When that pitch comes in, you should be shifting your weight to the right side of your body (If you're a righty). It's natural. To hit the ball further, you shift your weight back and then forward. During that process, your hands should naturally go back a little, or up.

Last year i was hitting great, and even at the start fo the year i was hitting great. But in the past week or 2 ive been dropping my hands, and I havent even noticed, my coach said when I step I' dropping my hands.Any ways to fix this or some drills, cause i was 4-6 before this this year, and 2-7 since, IM a righty 14, were playing on a major league field.
thanks

You're in a slump, dude, you just got to work on your swing, go to the batting cage and see what your doing wrong, you'll get over the slump don't worry.
