When I applied to a junior college they told me they were too full and I would have to take a class offered at a high school in the next town. The counselor I was talking to enrolled me in the class but I couldn't make it to the class and never showed up and when I tried to drop the class online, it wouldn't let me and said I have to pay fees. Am I going to get an F in the class now? If so could I take the class again and challenge that grade? And if I don't pay the 270 dollars that I owe them will I not get my pell grant coming for the spring semester or worse not get my aid because of the apparent F I have in the class I never went to?
