So last night i was riding with 3 other people and it was raining earlier in the day. The rain had stopped when we went out at night. We were riding down a straight road going to an intersection when i hit the front brakes and then all of a sudden the bike just went straight to the ground (to it's right-hand side). Bike slid for abit but luckily stopped before it could hit the two people infront. I had my gear on and didn't have any injuries which i was happy in a way.
My friend said "looks like you hit a wet patch" but upon closer inspection there was little rocks that trucks were transporting to a construction site a week earlier which i didn't see.
My question is, is it that easy to lose control of a bike? A little rock? I didn't think i hit the front brakes too hard.. I ride a Honda CBR250RR (dual front disc).
