Dropdown menu - IFRAME issue... HTML?

I am using a dropdown menu with 3 options. I have an iframe "mainiframe" on the same page. When a user clicks on a dropdown option, i want mainiframe to go to the respective webpage, as such

Option = SPEECH link=speech.html
Option = LISTENING link=listening.html

Can you help me with the html? Thanks.
