i can't believe motorola is doing this. at least we still have htc. i was always a bigger htc fan than a moto fan, so i guess things will end up okay.

As you may know a class action suit against Apple for locking their phones OTA was recently approved in CA. Can't believe Motorola thinks they can really get away with this -- if true.
