Nobody is a lost cause, now you say that MMS works off and on. and then you did something and now you don't have apps or web then you took it back and he fixed it. But it still doesn't work.
At this point from what you say that it worked for a few hrs after he fixed it then stopped. I would start looking at the account settings with cricket and also back track what ever you might have done since then.
 
since he fixed it, i haven't done anything whatsoever to the phone. when i get a failure it says general network failure. Sometimes it works exactly like its supposed to then other times it just refuses to download. just baffles me because when i did the v10zip, it would work every single time. As far as account is concerned the only thing i see that's been changed from when i personally had it working, is he changed my phone from Motorola QA30 to a Samsung R560. no idea why he changed it to a messenger phone rather then what it was but thats the difference i see. Heres my account summary if that helps.



also after the couple hours from getting it from the shop...it totally wasn't working mms wise, as per a member on here i had my account "refreshed" and that's whats got me to it halfheartedly working. Thanks for the help so far Whitey its greatly appreciated.
 
Sounds like an account issue. You may need to have cricket remove the wap and mms and then re-provision them. If it works half way after a refresh then stops it's the account and not very likely the flash.
 
i'll have the wife call them today after work. thanks again for all the help...think we will look at changing our plans to the 45 dollar plans as well instead of our old 50 dollar plans that we were on for the last 4 years. maybe thats the issue as well since ive seen people with that plan working fine.
