Driving Lessons

Saw this going cheap the other day so I decided to pick it up, didn't catch it when it was first shown on ITV so thought I'd give it a try. Glad I did! I thought it was fantastic - very funny and heart-warming, there were some exceptionally moving moments. Great performances all round but Julie Walters and Laura Linney stole the show...Grint was good but I still saw him as Ron Weasley from HP.
What did you lot think of 'Driving Lessons'?

I was a bit dissapointed I thought it would be funnier.
I still enjoyed the film though

I love this film, as you said there are some moving moments!
But yeah, all I could see as I watched it was Professer Umbridge and Ron Weasly!

That's really strange. Especially when you consider that Professor Umbridge was played by Imelda Staunton, who didn't even appear in Driving Lessons.
