Driver installation problem in Z300

I got samsung z300, and i took a original USB cable from a friend, i downloaded the drivers from here:
http://www.samsung.com/download/Model_Select.aspx?type=Mobile%20Phone&typecode=18& subtype=Mobile%20Phone&subtypecode=1805&model=SGH-S342I&fileType=SW

But after installing the driver i got some problems, here a picture:


what i can do?
