driver for alltel huawei ec228, no cd in package

Can anyone point me to a website(s) that would have free driver downloads for an Alltel Huawei EC228. I bought it off eBay, I have left a couple of nice emails to the buyer to send me the cd and have gotten no replies, yet.
Any help would be appreciated!!!

Downloaded what I needed to a cd and plugged it in to new computer and I have internet again!!
I knew that website was there I just couldn't remember how/what to type in the search bar.

I want to thank this website, the person who ask the question and the response. Being able to find this web address saved my day and allowed me to download this card on my newer computers. When I went directly to the Alltel software download site, it said this download was no longer available, but with this link I was able to get it......saved my day big time!!!!!! Thanks,
