so i want to loose atleast 7 pounds. im not over weight. but i want to be the lowest on my bmi index. so i workout every day by walking /running with my dog. and 100 crunches. for some reason one day i started to think that if i stop eating and start drinking when im hungry it will all be water. so now i cant stop. im not addicted. but all i eat is a babies portion of food. and i drink iceteas / water alllll day. how unhealthy is this?
