Dried pop off my car paint?

The other day what i thought was an empty plastic cup blew out of the pickup truck in front of me and it hit my car. Now i can see that it actually had pop or soda pop whichever you prefer was in it now i have all these sticky little dried pop spots all over my hood. Does anyone know a good way to get this off?
 
Take it to the do it your self car wash place and spray it down with the soapy pressure washer than scrub it little bit of wax and you should be fine
