So my 8th grade dance is coming up soon and i still don't have a dress! I don't want to spend to more than $100 because I'll probably never wear it again after the dance... What are some stores around Bridgewater and Phillipsburg in New Jersey? I'm also willing to go to New Hope, PA and around there if you know of any good stores in that area.
