I am working on my final project for my web design class in college. We are allowed to use Dreamweaver CS3. I am new to the software and to web page design. I made my final project, which consists of seven linked pages, and emailed it to my instructor. She replied back that the images and graphics that I used do not appear. When making the pages for my web site, I thought I had linked all of my pictures and graphics. What did I do wrong? I can email the file to you if needed.

Thanks.

It depends on the way you linked the images if you linked them like this
"/images/picture.jpg" then you need to upload that picture onto a picture hosting server and then re-link it in the files panel on the right hand side in Dreamweaver. However, if you linked it like this "C:\My Documents\My Pictures\Picture.jpg" then you need to send your professor the pictures in an attachment and tell her to put them in the corresponding folders on her computer. I would recommend just embedding them on the webpage(s) that you are sending her as a complete .html page. And if you do choose to do that then you will have to send her a .zip file with the .html page(s) and the pictures.
