dreamweaver 8 mysql and php admin?

could some one suggest a good site or tutorial to make a login members page to my site useing the top 3 programes preferibly one that starts from the very start please im new at this and abit intimidated by it all

please no funny comments im just asking for some help every one starts some were
 
Google returns a lot of tutorials that look good. I can't find the site i guessed to help me do this exact thing about a year ago. (it might have been with perl)
