Really enjoying the rewatch, even the angst scenes, they're so well written and acted, i watched the break up scene of episode 148 (right after Drazic slept with Mai), so good.

Wow, up until this moment I didn't even know there was a thread for this two. I shipped them long before I even discovered what shipping was:lol:. To this day they are one of my favourite TV couples.

YW, i'm actually watching the D/A episodes all over again so i figured i'd make captures as well because they're just adorable and awesome.

I don't think the episodes were ripped off the German dvRAB cause the German set didn't have an english audio and only the first season got out on dvd over there.
Yeah i know the quality is not the best at times but at least we can watch the episodes, that's something right?

I took your advice and I'm starting to er aquire the episodes now 
And the episodes are pretty fuzzy at times :look:
I'd thought the d/l's would be from the German DVRAB and looking pretty good, but maybe people are getting them off the television instead :look:

By the way, recently, the actors made a new short film together. It's a weird short film, though! I think it's for some festival.

You know i always feared they wouldn't end up together, maily because it's rabroadH and it was no problem to the writers to split couples and pair them off with other people or make them leave for a durabass reason( a job or something else). I'm glad they got an happy ending.
Anita was sooo jealous of their relationship, i liked that, for once it wasn't Drazic pinning for her but Anita finally seeing that she loved him more than she thought she did.
They were both responsible for being separated, they brought the outside factors on them:
* Drazic had a bad influence onto Anita: He knew she was changing because of him and he liked it, he got his kicked seeing her becoming a bad girl and he liked how Ryan was mad about it.
* Drazic/Mai hookup: He could have stopped it, he knew he was cheating, he knew that would wreck his relationship and yet he still did it. Why? for sex i guess.
* Anita/Todd hookup: Anita was painted in a very bad light, she cheated and she liked it and she didn't give a damn..and then istead of dealing with it, she ran off.
But despite all of those cheating stuff, i still LOVEEEEE so so so much. Not a lot of shows can affor doing cheating storylines without tainting the couple, it's different here imo.

Also Anita talked about, even if Todd wasn't a factor, she and Drazic would still have been over, yet they never really talked about what wasn't working for her there. So did she just say that because she was so into Todd or what?

And I actially quite liked Jet and Drazic together, I thought she was an interesting character. And I also liked that they still respected Drazic/Anita with that storyline, and made Jet's jealousy of the D/A connection such a big factor, as well as Anita disapproving of the relationship. I didn't mind the one-night stand with Mai so much either because I thought it was nicely acted with how it just came naturally from Drazic trying to comfort Mai, it was something you could sort of see coming (or having the potential to happen), and he obviously felt awful afterwarRAB. But I thought the Todd storyline was very badly thought-out to have Anita outright sneaking around behind Drazic's back and choosing someone else over him. That did a major disservice to their love story. I did like the scene where Drazic freaks out and smashes up the classroom, so it did lead to some interesting conflict, but I wish they could have handled Anita's behaviour differently. Especially as all their ways of keeping them seperated in the past had always respected their love at the same time, and never made it about one of the two not wanting to be with the other (but more outside factors like Drazic thinking Anita was better off without him, Anita feeling betrayed etc)
