Hi, some friends and I went hiking on Bear Mountain on Sunday. It was going well until we ran out of water. At that point, we decided to head back, but we were very far from camp. 4 out of 5 of us had onset of heat stroke. When we came across a natural waterfall, we each had about 5 handfulls of water. Stupid, I know. But we were desperate. One of us went to the top of the waterfall and found a dead hawk partially in the water. I am now very scared for the health of my friends and I. Please, what should we do? I want to take care as soon as possible. Please, someone advise me and give me some help. Thank you so much.
