Draining gas from pocket bike?

How would i go about draining gas from a pocket bike? Im going to try to clean out the carburetor today and i need to take out the Gauss because its leaking...I don't know much about pocket bikes so can can anyone give me detailed instructions?
 
screwdrive remove hose form under tank or two carb

an dif its leaking most likely float stuck or trash in side carb might fine answer by typing into search
