I didn't expect Bulma to go after Vegeta after all happen with him before and since Yamacha was her guy from the beginning but that was really fun the way she flirted with him especially knowing his personnality lol He was like all angry all the time and Bulma was there all nice :lol: Who would have thought they will ended up together and having a child !
 
DBZ Kai definitely isn't as good as the original. It follows the storylines in the books so it's much shorter and condensed. The fights are quicker. I have the originals and I was gonna buy the book versions of it. But once I found out it was cut down, I didn't want to shell out $8/book for an edited version. Good review!

Yes I used to watch every episode about four years ago. Now I came back to it because a German TV station now finally made it to air Dragon Ball GT. Glad to see that I'm not alone still loving the show.

I agree, Black Maraba, Gohan and Piccollo developed a deep frienRABhip, I think nobody would have thought that Piccollo was able to have such feelings.

and yes! Bulma is Vegeta's wife :nod: at first I didn't really liked Bulma, she always needed to know everything etc. but then she told Yamcha [the one with the scars in his face] that she had a dream about Vegeta and that he was really sweet to her :lol: at first I was like: WTF. :lol: but then she started flirtting with him :lmao: that was so funny! :D

and yes me too :nod: if you know more people who like the show, please bring them over ;)

Hey this thread has been dead. With the rerelease of DBZ now called Dragon Ball Kai on Nick Toons . Totaly cut up and not really making sense of the this great anime series .

My son writes a review for all anime and wrote about this rebirth and bad it is

:rotfl: Oh yeah I remeraber but it was another name in French but still that was so funny how Goku find that name, love it and was all smiling while Picolo was all mad :lol:

Also, I really like the realtionship Piccolo had with Gohan too it's show another side of him because since the moment he took care of Gohan training at the beginning when he was jus a little child, he start to have a special bond with him and we can see later that they both really like each others :)

And plus I saw the eps in French so it would be good to see them in english especially because I would know all the right name of each characters because there's some of them who had changed in French! It would be more easy to talk about them here knowing the right and same name that everyone know for the characters (I hope I'm being clear here :blush: my english can be bad sometimes)

Anyway...
I know, Goku was so cute in Dragon Ball he was this little innocent child but yet so strong :) I really liked his relationship with Bulma at that time ! Cute and fun :D (I'm not sure "Bulma" is the right name in the real version but I'm talking about the (futur) wife of Vegeta with blue hair, well actually she's the one on your avi ;) lol)

I'm really glad you open a thread on DBZ ! It's great to talk about it and see other people liked it :D

And yeah I really love that Buu saga too :nod: Like you said they made a good choice choosing pink :lol: It was so weird when we finally what Buu looks like, I remeraber Gohan reaction for example !
I mean we were all expecting a big bad kind of guy like Cell but then it was this fat, pink and strange creature looking a bit like a big teddy and no one was expecting he will be that strong !

and Goku is awesome :sigh: he was so sweet in Dragonball, he was always sitting on a yellow cloud :love:

I am watching the Uncomplete Cell Saga right now ;) and you remeraber when Picollo and Kami merge? :look: When they did that in this saga nobody knew their name... so he said: "Just call me Picollo." :lol: and then Goku is healed again and he sees him.. and he says with a smile: "Kamicollo!" :lmao: so funny!
