Ok i pre-order dragon age two on the PS3 from gamestop thay told me to get the in game items from pre-order ( the sword and shield) log to there web site and look up how so i did that i, it told me log to my EQ account via the dragon age 2 interface and check my profile to see if i got the items then load the game, first off when i start the game it tells me its connect to my EQ account but there is no way to check my profile from it i tryed looking on the computer and a few other ways still notthing i contacted EA tech support and thay gave me a code for soem black emporieum or something yet i alreadyed had a working code for that, can someone tell me the steps or what am doing wrong why am not getting my pre-order items or who i should contact cuase EA doesn't seem to understand what am talking about.
