Downloading Photoshop Via Bittorrent?

Okay so about a year ago i download photoshop CS4 on piratebay. About a week later, our internet provider called us and said that adobe called them and said we needed to remove the software. Now, i hate not having it, so i'm wondering number one how they found out i had it, and number two, if i get like cs1 or cs2 will they find out or care?
 
It's so illegal. No, your ISP doesn't give a shit what you do, it's only if you look at childpornography or download illegal software. Your ISP tracks every website you've ever been to, what you've download, and everything else you do online. Download it somewhere else, like a friends else then burn it on a disc and install it on your computer. It's not worth paying 20,000+ for copyright infringment.

-- I've download software, music, movies, xbox360 games for 2+ years now and my ISP hasn't said shit. so tbh, i'd get a new isp.
