I recently bought Adobe photoshop cs4 extended in Japan and obviously, it's in Japanese. I do understand japanese but I'd lather use it in English.
Is there anyway that I can make it into English version?

Try going to the Adobe site and downloading the English trial. After installing, it'll ask you for a serial. It may or may not accept your Japanese serial, but it's worth a try.
