Downloading Music - Debate?

So im doing this debate thing in class and i need debate about an issue.
I decided to do Downloading music!
I need to know both sides so what are the Pros and Cons about downloading music and who it effects?
Make Sure there are about 4 proofs for each Argument
Also, when i mean downloading music i am talking about downloading illegally (P2P) not legally (iTunes)
 
Artist's have other ways of making money these days (Concerts, Endorsements, Sponsorships, Videos, Commercials Etc.)

I am a DJ and remix artist for secretremixes.com and I like people downloading my music for free. The more my name gets out there the bigger I get and the more gigs I get. Same goes for anyone in the music industry.
