Downloading apps from Nokia Ovi Store to computer hard drive then sync to phone?

If i get a Nokia 5233, i would want to download apps from the nokia ovi store to my phone but via the computer so i don't have to use my phone's download.

Is there a way to download applications from the nokia ovi store (using internet explorer) to my computers hard drive and then sync them to the phone via USB onto a memory card?
