i have the T5 and i am stumped withthe same error ecah time.
by 'should have' do you mean you encourage to invest in the wbepro or it should be there by default?
because it is not there. seems to be regualr blazer
 
I mean it should have come with the PDA. I know it came as standard with the T1/T2/T3, so I assumed the T5 did too. Maybe someone with a T5 can confirm though. It sounds like maybe blazer superseded it...

EDIT: Yes it appears I'm out of touch.. Sorry, you're right, it appears WebPro doesn't come with the T5.

Have you tried an FTP client? They are some with download capabilities, and one of them might let you grab files via HTTP too, if you know the URL.
